NGL Fractionator Process Plant

EPF NGL Fractionation Process, Expertise and Expansive Service

The original KP Engineering scope for this project had to be completed within a ten-month period.

The original scope for KPE for this NGL Fractionator project was the engineering, procurement, and fabrication (EPF) for all of the equipment inside the battery limits (ISBL) of the NGL Fractionation process unit. When KPE was heavily involved in the ISBL work, the client asked KPE to also execute the engineering, procurement, and fabrication for the balance of the plant outside battery limits (OSBL). The OSBL scope of work included adding 1.1 million pounds of steel and six pipe bridges to traverse pipelines, access roads, and valleys.

Customer Quote
"Thus far, KPE has held to achieving both project schedules. In fact, and further evidence of the "can do" attitude, we asked KPE to achieve an accelerated project schedule for our project not once, but two times. Just another reason why I wouldn't hesitate to work on another project with KPE."
