The process study will identify current limitations and recommended improvements to facilitate incremental crude throughput, a lighter crude slate, improved refinery yields, and compliance with MSAT-2 requirements. The engineering study work is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2015.

The engineering work is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2015.
